What's included? We offer high-resolution JPG files for our downloadable artwork.
How do I access my purchase? You'll receive a confirmation email with a download link and order details shortly after your purchase.
How fast will I receive my digital download? You will receive instant access to your files as soon as the purchase is completed. For custom art, delivery is within 8-12 hours after approval.

How can I share my ideas? Provide detailed instructions in the "Special Instructions" section during checkout.

How long does it take to finish custom pieces? Custom pieces take 8-12 hours to finish after purchase. We will ask for your approval before finalizing.
Can I make changes to the custom artwork? Yes, you can request minor adjustments free of charge within 30 days of receiving the artwork. Extensive changes may require an additional fee.
Returns & Satisfaction
Can I return my digital download? We accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date for all products. However, due to the nature of downloadable products, once the file has been downloaded, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions are product misrepresentation or defective items.
Unsatisfaction with your purchase: If you're not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of purchase with proof of the issue (e.g., screenshot). We'll find a solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, based on the situation.
How long will it take to process a refund? Once we verify the issue, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
Modifications & Cancellations
Custom art edits: We're happy to make minor adjustments free of charge within 30 days of receiving your artwork. Extensive changes may require an additional fee. Custom art is non-refundable after the buyer has reviewed and confirmed their artwork.
Cancellations: Cancellations are not possible once we begin working on your custom piece. However, if you have a change of heart, please contact us immediately at info@artstoglory.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel or modify a digital download order? Digital downloads cannot be cancelled or modified after the file has been downloaded. For issues with the file, please contact us for assistance.
